My remote does not work, I have no access to the menu.

Are you using the correct remote? CVR100 when using a CVS100 or CVS102 controller and a CVR500 when using a CVS500 controller. | Go to step 2 |
Replace with the correct remote and retest |
Step 2 | Does the remote beep when voltage is applied, are the buttons lit up? | Go to step 3 | Go to step 5 |
Step 3 | Do you see the On Screen Distance Grid when voltage is applied? | Go to step 4 | Go to step 5 |
Step 4 | Check the wiring at the controller. Are the red and blue wires tied together? Red should be connected to a post ignition power source and blue to the reverse gear circuit. |

Step 5 | Check your connections at the remote and the display to controller cable. Make sure they are not damaged and are connected properly. Is the cable, connections and remote okay? | Go to step 6 | Reconnect and/or replace as necessary and retest |
