Service Questions


Q. What do I need to do to return products for service?
A. Call or e-mail INTEC and ask for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Write this number on your package and send it, freight pre-paid, to INTEC.


Q. How long does it take to get my repaired items back?
A. INTEC strives to maintain a 24 hour in-house turn around time. If we get your service return on Monday, we do all we can to we ship it back to you, via UPS Ground freight, on Tuesday.


Q. How much will it cost me to get an estimate to repair my products?
A. INTEC charges a $30 bench fee to look at your equipment and let you know what's wrong with it. After review, we will contact you and let you know what, if anything, you may be charged. You may then decide how to proceed. The bench fee is waived if the product is found to be under warranty or if the equipment is repaired and returned or replaced. Normal labor rates apply.

Q. How long does it take to receive an order?
A. Orders received before 3:00 pm PST typically ship that day and will be received, via ground freight, within 1 to 6 business days based on the distance from our Laguna Hills, CA warehouse. Expedited freight is available at an additional cost. Special orders and international shipments excluded.
